FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does your residential service work?
When you have a minimum of 5 or more residential units ( including at least 2 condensing units with coils ), give us a call and we will show up at our agreed time.
How does your commercial service work?
We show up approximately 10 to 20 mins before the agreed time. When the mobile crane is set up and ready to work, we will position our equipment (our truck and trailer) in the desired location for easy loading. Once the rooftop units are loaded, we will secure them properly and make sure that there is no job related screws or debris left on the ground.
How do I arrange a pick-up?
Simply give us a call and book an appointment. For bigger jobs such as multiple rooftop units, a longer time frame maybe be needed. Call us for more information.
Do you pay for Hvac units and related materials?
