For residential units like air conditioners, coils, furnaces, water heaters, scrap metal, etc, we make the process straightforward. If you have five or more units, including at least two condensing units with coils, give us a call to schedule a pickup. We’ll arrive at your office location at the agreed time, load the units, and take care of the disposal for you.
Commercial HVAC Disposal
For commercial projects involving larger systems such as rooftop air conditioners or air handlers, etc, we coordinate with your team to ensure a smooth process. Simply call us with details about the size and number of units, the job location, the crane schedule, and a lead contact. We’ll arrive on-site at the scheduled time, ready to load the units, so your project stays on track without delays.

How does your residential service work?When you have a minimum of 5 or more residential units ( including at least 2 condensing units with coils ), give us a call and we will show up at our agreed time.

How does your commercial service work?Give us a call, preferably 24 hours or more before your scheduled job, with the following details: the size and number of units, the address, the time the crane is scheduled to arrive, and a contact number for the lead installer.

Are you insured and licensed?Yes. Our trucks and labourers are fully licensed and insured in case of accidental damage or injury.

How much notice do you require?Since we do offer last-minute pick-ups, 24 hour notice is ideal. Just give us a call to book an appointment. For larger jobs, like multiple rooftop units, a bit more lead time may be necessary. Contact us for details.

Do you pay for HVAC units and related materials?In most cases, yes, we do. We offer cash on the spot for eligible items. Give us a call for more information.

Do you provide unit delivery?Yes, we do deliver RTUs. In most cases, we can pick up the unit(s) from the manufacturer's warehouse the morning of or the day before the lift, often at no additional charge.

Do you dismantle the RTU's on site?No, we believe it’s inappropriate to dismantle RTUs or any units on-site. All units are taken back to our yard for proper dismantling. We also ensure that no debris or screws are left behind, leaving your job site exactly as it was before we arrived.

Do you work weekends?Yes, we have a 24/hr, 7 day work schedule, we work Monday – Sunday.
